　　实习生
 
　　招聘汇款部实习生。暑期全天实习。
 
　　金融或经济专业大二或大三学生，英语口语及书面流利。
 
　　Job Description:
 
　　1.Handle day-to-day operations of local CNY payments and local reports in accordance with the guidelines of Head/Deputy-head of Operations,and the regulations of local financial authorities;
 
　　2.Check the signatures of customer instructions and ensure test keys are verified by administration department;
 
　　3.Answer the queries from customer via phone call or e-mail;
 
　　4.Handle the local payments and clearing etc according to the internal operation procedure;Pass the entries in Midas,Proswitch,etc.
 
　　5.Ensure issues potentially exposing the Bank to operating losses or regulatory risks are promptly identified,surfaced and reported to the Head/Deputy-head of Operations Shanghai;
 
　　6.Check the transactions to avoid exposing the Bank for money laundering purpose;
 
　　7.Prepare the correct reports to the local financial authorities and branches in time;
 
　　8.Ensure all the important payment documents and stationeries are kept properly;
 
　　9.Be a backup for foreign payments and Account opening when necessary.
 
　　10.Take other operational responsibilities assigned by Head/Deputy-head of Operations when necessary;
 
　　11.Liaise with Head/Deputy-head of Operations to handle irregular case;
 
　　12.Other related duties as and when assigned.
