The DBS Management Associate Programme(MAP)is a high-profile leadership development programme aimed at grooming our bank's future leaders.This 24-month programme gives top candidates first-hand experience across the bank's diverse business areas,equipping them with a sound foundation for a successful career in banking.
 
"Comprehensive and exciting,your training and development will involve:
 
1.Experience
You will be assigned a Programme Manager,who will work with you to design a tailored Individual Development Plan based on your career goals and the bank's business priorities.You will be trained on the job in various roles,receiving a broad-based experience across the bank.
 
2.Education
You will embark on a rigorous,structured induction programme beginning in August at the bank's Singapore headquarters.
 
3.Exposure
You will get to know fellow MAs in the region and engage with the bank's top executives,helping them gain deeper insight into the banking business.
 
We want high-potential go-getters like you who:
 
Have a Master's degree in any discipline from a reputable university,with no more than 3 years of work experience.
Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience will have an advantage.
Have experience in leadership roles and a proven track record of handling challenging projects.
Are adaptable,creative,decisive and resilient,and have a digital mindset.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

星展银行为管理培训生提供基于Triple E(Experience,Exposure,Education)的人才培训方案。管理培训生会参加一系列系统的培训项目:
1）银行基础培训课程1&2
2）4次轮岗：跨部门轮岗有机会接触到银行公司业务、个人业务、财资市场、后台营运、风险管理等部门，风险管理部门轮岗为强制轮岗
从24个月的培训课程毕业后，你的第一个职位的设定将基于你的个人能力、职业兴趣以及业务需要。

3.星展银行管理培训生薪资福利如何？
 
星展银行将为管理培训生提供具有市场竞争力的薪资福利。具体薪资福利将在您通过所有甄选后与您详细沟通。

4.对申请者的学历、专业和工作年限有什么要求？
 
我们欢迎获得国内外全日制硕士学位的应届毕业生（专业不限）或者工作年限在3年以下并且立志于从事金融事业的优秀人才申请该项目。

5.如何申请2018年星展银行管理培训生项目？

您只能申请一个国家的管理培训生项目而不能同时申请多个国家，否则将视为无效申请。

8.我可以申请多个城市的管理培训生项目吗？
 
2018年中国共有四个城市（上海/北京/深圳/广州）招聘管理培训生。您只能申请一个城市的管理培训生职位，否则将视为无效申请。
